M on Mary Courtyard/BBQ Table Refurbishment

Scope of Works from Client:

Provide a solution to the problem where guests were disposing of cigarette butts over balconies which were burning the tables in the Courtyard and BBQ Area below.

TAE Projects Proposal:

We provided the client with five different options on tables to choose from to rectify the current damage to courtyard furniture.

BBQ Tables

TAE Projects proposed a range of options all of which would resolve the problem of furniture burning.  All options were at different price points as no budget was provided by the client.

Solutions

Whilst working with the client to eliminate products which were not desirable, together we came to a solution of a Stone BBQ Table (waterfall ends) built specifically to the dimensions required by the client.  We colour matched the existing stone around the BBQ areas to ensure we could continue the sophisticated appeal of this area.

Result

By selecting TAE Projects for this upgrade the client was able to put their faith in TAE Projects to provide solutions to their ongoing problem.  Once a decision was made the product was manufactured and delivered within ten days.
