Scope of Works from Client:

Provide a solution to the limited furniture in the Foyer/Reception area.  Advise what could be done with the large “void” in the middle of the mirrored wall that had been that way for many years.  The client was struggling with what they could achieve with such a long narrow Foyer and void area.

TAE Projects Proposal:

The client had some ideas as to what they would like to achieve and provided some imagery for us to work around.  We provided the client with a proposal which allowed for more seating options for their guests and took their current Foyer to “the next level” at this 4 star property.

Seating

TAE Projects proposed luxurious arm chairs manufactured specifically for this client upholstered in commercial fabrics from designer Warwick Fabrics range.

Rugs

Luxurious statement rugs were provided for each pair of seating arrangements to provide that extra level of appeal.

Console Tables

We provided console tables that would not encroach on the narrow Foyer area and would allow an opportunity to have pamphlets displayed for units that were on the market along with allowing a space to place flower arrangements.

Artwork

The large void (approximately 5x2m) was painted out black and one of our TAE Projects Artists created a contemporary abstract painting (utilized mixed media) which set the new tone for the Foyer.  Again, the artwork was discussed with the client and together we came up with some ideas that would work with the current feature tiles on the floor and all elements proposed.

Solutions

TAE Projects took the client’s ideas on board and took their current Foyer to an entirely new level of sophistication and class.  By selecting TAE Projects this client enjoyed the exclusively of the product that was installed and complete unique look and feel of their new Foyer.

Result

A completely new look in the Foyer displayed the level of comfort guests could enjoy when staying at this property.  The management also commented that they found their staff really enjoyed having the new Foyer and gave everyone a lift in work ethic.  TAE Projects enjoyed rolling out a number of projects for this client.
