Scope of Works from Client:
Provide a proposal for painting and carpet works (inclusive of new signage) throughout two towers of the common areas and foyers of the property with a view to providing solutions to current damaged corner walls and lift wall faces.

We provided this client with a proposal which filled their brief and more.
Where we provided a point of difference is we worked with the Architect’s specifications. Where carpet was proposed by the Architect which was well over budget we provided our client with three (3) different choices in carpet, all with a slightly different look and feel. We highlighted the benefits of all three options and came up with a solution which would not only fulfil the brief but bring character and depth to the hallways of this property.
We could provide dedicated painters, all part of the TAE Projects team. We do not sub-contract out to the marketplace and we could ensure our client peace of mind that we could guarantee the quality of service proposed.
TAE Projects took all the research component away. Whilst keeping budget in mind, we provided the client with different options currently available to them to solve the damage to the walls of their common areas. Outlining the benefits and pitfalls of each product along with product samples for the client to “play” with.
