Chermside Apartments | Replacement of Window Furnishings in Apartments

Scope of Works from Client:

Provide a proposal for replacement of current tired roman blinds in Apartments.  Provide solution for guests (predominantly shift workers) complaining of light seepage into the rooms when they are trying to sleep during the day.

Curtains

Whilst working with the current colour scheme in the Apartments we needed to reduce the vast amount of light seeping into the rooms during the day along with providing additional privacy from the new developments around this property.

Solutions

TAE Projects gave this client an option of curtain fabrics whilst pointing out the benefits in both quality and colour of each option.  After narrowing down the curtain fabric to be used, the client was to then make a choice in colour for the blockout curtain and sheer curtain.  After taking into account the need to reduce the light in the room a colour selection was made.

Result

TAE Projects addressed the need to replace the very tired roman blinds with not only a product that rectified the problem of light seepage but created a beautiful ambience in the room.  The curtain selections for this property when complete were nothing short of first class.  TAE Projects worked with this client through a program to install the curtains, as this rollout was to be completed over a certain period of time to ensure continuity in available rooms.
